This oil contains twice the Omega 3 (60%) as fish oil making it the highest natural source of essential fatty acids. This oil is most commonly used as a nutritious and nutty addition to salads or smoothies. Flaxseed Oil is not suitable for cooking.
Store in the refrigerator for a longer lasting fresh taste. Suitable for storage in the freezer as it will not set hard – it will only be thickened until defrosted.
