30 DAYS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Purchasing with a total peace of mind, at AUSTRALIA’S FINEST EMPORIUM we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to provide a store credit or refund for any items that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Unfortunately, due to their nature and use, items in the following categories are not eligible for change of mind returns:

  1. Fragrances
  2. Vitamin supplements
  3. Consumable products (e.g., food and drinks)
  4. Baby formula

Online orders must be returned by mail only. Return delivery address details will be shared as your return is processed.

Any items returned that don’t comply with our change of mind returns policy are unable to be refunded.

We reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

  • Your original receipt or online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase
  • Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty or to be not of acceptable quality, please contact us with a detailed description, and any photos you are able to provide.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in original packaging.

INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.

ALLERGIC REACTION

If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product you have received from us, please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction and send to us.
